Bery Rinaldo
I have been a Macintosh enthusiast ever since the days of my first Mac 512Ke.
I am a software developer by trade using Sun, Linux and Windows boxes using languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, HTML, PHP, Bourne and C Shell (including sed, awk, tr, etc.), GNU Make, AppleScript, ASP, Windows Batch (even a bit of Basic and 68000 Assembly).
I enjoy many types of music and enjoy listening to my iPod mini when out and about, or my SqueezeBox2 when at home (my AudioTron died in 2005).
I am a husband and father of three beautiful children.
I am webmaster, singer, keyboard and sax player and one of the worship leaders at our church.
I am a native Californian although I spent some time in Florida, upstate New York and Massachusetts.
I am an Oakland Raiders and Oakland Athletics fan and have been since I was a kid.
I am the proud owner of a Dual 1GHz PowerMac (QuickSilver) running Mac OS X 10.4.3 (Tiger) and enjoy spending some of my free time programming solutions for myself and sharing them with others.
I have written a few open source projects a few of which you'll find on this site, others are graciously hosted at SourceForge.
I provide my solutions to the community for free because I have benefitted so much from the Open Source community.
I support my solutions as best as I can in my free time.
